UX / UI Designer – Rogers Digital


Are you passionate about creating a compelling online experience that impacts millions of Canadians?


Rogers Communication is seeking a UX/UI Designer to help define the future of e-commerce and transform the way people engage with our digital products. You will become a part of the Experience Design Team responsible for designing Rogers websites, mobile apps, and internal tools.


You possess a passion for creating intuitive products, leveraging skills in UX, interaction and visual design to explore new features, optimize existing portfolios, and contribute to a design system that powers our website across different lines of business.


Our ideal candidate is obsessed with delivering the highest quality digital experiences and able to pitch and justify their solutions while professionally responding to feedback. Above all, candidates should thrive in a highly collaborative and iterative environment.




  • Work with cross-functional teams and developers to understand requirements and help define the best possible experience, while supporting business objectives.
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate them into quality wireframes and prototypes that meet business requirements while considering technical constraints.
  • Design user interface elements that provide an interactive, informative and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Assist with development and execution of usability test plans, and create interactive prototypes (as required).
  • Participate in stakeholder reviews, and user testing, and business acceptance testing to ensure seamless end to end online experience.
  • Contribute and collaborate on the Rogers design systems.




  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience, minimum 3 years professional design experience.
  • An exceptional online portfolio that demonstrates your expertise, problem-solving skills, and talent.
  • Customer-focused team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies as required.
  • Analytical thinker with sound knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, responsive design and interactive design best practices.
  • Expert with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure and InVision.
  • Experience creating, contributing to and working with Design Systems.
  • Experience participating in user testing and measuring usability.
  • Strong communication skills and keen attention to details.
