For our Winter 2023 term, as part of Rogers Digital, the Converged Experience team is building and executing a digital strategy that focuses on the customer experience for all digital interactions. The Converged Strategy revolves around creating an agnostic roadmap and campaigns across all lines of business (e.g. Connected Home, Wireless).  This will be done in partnership with our digital and non-digital teams, interlocking with groups like Agile Marketing squads, Product Development, Demand Management and Tech teams. We will also be looking at ways to enhance and improve customer experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle, across all digital properties.

 

 

 

What you will do…

  • Manage and support the day-to-day publishing of content, general site maintenance, business as usual requests and ongoing optimization of rogers.com/business experiences
  • Partner with Digital Channel teams to create synergies across all lines of businesses and streamline end-to-end customer journey between browse, buy, self-serve, support, app
  • Co-ordinate within the team to prepare ad hoc analysis, operations reviews, highlighting results, annual & quarterly planning, and key stories for the leadership team
  • Execute, supports, validates and launches digital campaigns
  • Support cross-functional campaigns by driving quarterly sales and competitive response offers and promotions digitally
  • Collaborate with the Planning, IT and cross functional teams to prioritize and deliver digital programs and campaigns and provide ongoing communication relevant to business
  • Uncover opportunities to drive digital enhancements relating to Converged through synthesis of Voice of the Customer  and Voice of the Frontline reporting and competitive analysis
  • Monitor digital cross sell and campaign performance and customer experience. Develop and maintain reports for performance tracking, post implementation reviews (PIRs) of program launches, and decision making
  • Ability to analyze and define requirements and prioritize based on ROI and P&L
  • Advise, consult and socialize with key stakeholders involved in prioritized initiatives; document business opportunities, recommend digital solutions and provide timelines and budget impacts as needed

What you will bring:

  • Enrolled in an accredited co-op program working towards a degree in Business,Computer Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experience using SQL, Adobe Analytics/ Omniture, Tableau, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Contentful and WordPress are an asset
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Passionate about business casing and storytelling through numbers
  • Visual storytelling is an asset: you like to make the complex look simple
  • Drive to provide leadership and direction towards accomplishing goals and taking ownership and responsibility from strategy to execution.
  • Highly motivated individual with a naturally inquisitive and creative nature.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
  • Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
