The Wireless Marketing team is seeking an experienced product marketer to develop and manage the marketing strategy and execution for Tablets and Mobile Broadband devices for both Rogers & Fido brands. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Manager, Wireless Product Marketing.

What you will be doing:

·       Create, manage and evolve the value proposition and business strategy for Tablets and Mobile Broadband devices to drive profitable growth and share of market for both Rogers & Fido brands

·       Work closely with cross functional teams including; Product Management, Device Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Wireless Marketing, Brand, CBM, Channel Marketing and Digital Commerce to build overall quarterly plans/promotions, to execute with excellence against plans and to gather feedback to improve future performance

·       Work with Finance to set targets, monitor daily performance of portfolios against key KPI targets and competitive activity and work efficiently to identify and address any performance/competitor gaps

·       Measure performance of activities and promotions and apply any learnings to future quarters

·       Analyze customer and product data and work with research teams to build intelligence within product portfolio and within market

·       Work cross functionally to identify opportunities for increased revenue growth, product penetration, base retention, user engagement

·       Work cross functionally to support in market offers and bundles with needed training, communication, above and below the line marketing and approve positioning in all internal and external communications

·       Work with Commercial Strategy and Device Management teams to launch new Tablet/MBB devices and to forecast device activations and mix to ensure adequate inventory to support plans

·       Work with Product and Care to manage ongoing product improvements


What you bring:

·       Undergraduate degree in a business discipline

·       7+ Years marketing leadership experience in Consumer Technology

·       Product Marketing, Program Marketing, CBM or Sales background an asset

·       Analytic background an asset

·       Leader with proven ability to achieve results that meet both the short and long term business objectives

·       Exceptional ability to be a champion for the portfolio by driving action and influencing others to support objectives

·       Ability to drive strategic direction of portfolio as well as manage execution with excellence

·       Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, problem solve, be accountable, take ownership, and manage work with minimal supervision

·       Excellent presentation and interpersonal/communication skills

·       Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
