Who we're looking for:

 

Manager - Branded Content & Integration, Western Canada (Audio)

 

In this role you’ll be responsible for leading the regional Branded Content & Integration team that supports the audio business in Western Canada in developing and executing compelling integrated solutions for our partners that captivate our audiences. You'll influence the team by leading from the front and by example by taking on tasks on key projects. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Branded & Digital Content(Audio) and will partner with cross functional teams to deliver results for the audio team across Music, News, Podcasting & Digital.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead the Western regional BC&I team, ensuring each member of the team is clear on the vision and how they each contribute to success.
  • You’ll be responsible for setting ambitious goals and holding the team accountable for achieving them. You’ll supervise and manage workload of the team, ensuring projects are assigned based on scope and capacity.
  • Build the team’s capabilities and capacity to deliver innovative, cross-platform, solutions that meet client RFPs and provide content that our audiences can extract meaningful value from. Prioritizing creativity and feasibility in satisfying customer needs.
  • Level up the quality of branded content campaigns with Content, Revenue & Creative stakeholders. Identifying opportunities for improvements and lead progressive discussions around those opportunities with a primary focus on enhancing execution.
  • Oversee and consult on the strategy and production of branded content & integration campaigns in the West, paying particular attention to key markets and large value campaigns.
  • Work in partnership with Revenue teams to facilitate the delivery of the Wests integrated revenue target. Ensure the team is proactively conceiving revenue generating ideas and has effective & efficient processes in place for managing RFPs from ideation to execution.
  • Work in partnership with Content teams to facilitate the delivery of audience targets by managing and executing priority station contesting, activations and events.   
  • Evaluate department resources to ensure optimization; meet the evolving demands of the business.
