Radio Brand Ambassador/Representative
Who we're looking for:
Rogers Sports and Media is looking for a Radio Brand Ambassador/ Representative to assist in executing on-site event activations in Winnipeg for our radio brands - 92.1 CITI and KiSS 102.3.
Reporting to the Branded Content & Integrations Lead and Activation Specialist, this individual will be highly organized, have tremendous people and communications skills.In this role you will act as a promotional representative for the radio stations on-site at events as directed by Branded Content & Integrations Team (Promotions) and Content.

What you'll do:
- Act as the station Brand Ambassador at on location events and broadcasts as directed by the BC&I and Content teams.
- Support BC&I team and Content Directors as needed with event and remote setup and maintanence, fulfilment and key on-site activations that enhance our brands
- This includes setting up tents, signage, tables, chairs, handing out promotional products, running on-site contests, engaging with event partcipants and executing social media posts.
- Event, show and remote set up and activation may include set up and maintanence of live or remote broadcasts (training provided).

- Ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing/ able to do physically demanding work as required (lifting, settng up signage, dragging, carrying boxes etc.),
- Understanding of all social media platforms and best use
- Real world content and contest creation experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be willing to work flexible hours. Majority of hours for this role will be evenings and weekends.
- Must hold a valid CLASS 5 driver's licence and provide driver's abstract (for the majority of the time, vehicle wil be provided for use for events)
- Previous ambassador, radio or event marketing experience is an asset
To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal background check. Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.
